Amy Loses It: Part 1

In a darkened room, late at night, the silhouette of a figure can be seen pacing back and forth, barely visible, thanks only to the dim light from the moon shining through the window, slightly illuminating the room. The person in question was a pink hedgehog. Amy Rose, to be precise. But something wasn't right about the normally bright-eyed Amy. In a room full of silence, heavy thumping of her boots was accompanied only by her nearly incoherent mumbling.

"Amy try to win Sonic's love. Amy try real hard. But Sonic no love Amy. Sonic run from Amy. Why Sonic no love Amy? Amy need love, too..." The pink hedgehog continued her nonsensical babbling as she walked over to the lamp and turned it on, lighting up the room. Plastered all over her walls were numerous pictures. Mostly consisting of Sonic. But creepily, every picture that contained another one of Sonic's friends, the face had been pasted over with Amy's head. Really disturbing seeing a picture of Sonic surrounded by 7 Amys. Amy walked over to a picture hanging on the wall of Sonic and Tails with her head pasted over the fox's. She took the picture off the wall and slid it out of the frame slowly, peeling her face off of Tails' picture and growling slightly.

"Tails no be Sonic's friend. Sonic belong to Amy. Fox need to go away..." Suddenly, another voice like Amy's, only deeper, began to escape the hedgehog's mouth and her expression changed to a more evil one.

'No, you fool! We can use him!'

"Use him? For what?"

'We can use fox to get Sonic! We can have our precious!'

"We...have Sonic?"

'Yes! We take fox, use him to get Sonic! We get precious!'

"Yes....yes! Sonic will come save fox, and we get Sonic! WE GET OUR PRECIOUS!"

As Amy finished her "less than intelligent" conversation with herself, she slowly tore the picture she held in half, separating Sonic and Tails' images. The psychotic pink hedgie then wadded up the kitsune's picture and shoved it in her mouth, vigorously chewing it until a gulping noise could be heard, followed by a belch. "I use fox to finally get Sonic. Sonic...MY PRECIOUS!!"


****Tails' workshop****


The twin-tailed kitsune had just exited his lab, shutting the lights off behind him and walked up the stairs to his bathroom and proceeded to clean up. Man, that new turbo powered engine I installed in the Tornado makes the power from the Chaos Emeralds nearly obsolete. But there's still a few bugs to work out. I can deal with those in the morning. Right now, I'm beat. Especially after spending the day with Sonic, running from Amy. Man, that girl has problems!" Tails laughed as he thought back to the day's events.



****Flashback****


++++At the park++++


"Sonic, will you go on a date with me? Please?" Amy begged Sonic, wrapping her arms around his neck from behind. Sonic replied calmly to the pink hedgehog's request with "AHH, IT BURNS!! GET IT OFF ME! GETITOFFGETITOFFGETITOFF!" as he ran around in circles screaming with Amy dangling behind him. Tails just watched on in silence as his friend tried to shake free of the pink beast now seemingly fused to his back. "Amy, whatever meds you're on, up the dose." Tails said quietly to himself.

++++At Sonic's house++++

Sonic was enjoying a nice, hot shower when suddenly, he heard a low rumbling noise coming from his toilet. "Great, another clog. I really gotta cool it on those chilidogs." But the blue hedgehog raised an eyebrow when something appeared to be....surfacing, out from the bowl of the toilet. "SONIKKU!!!"

"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!" Sonic screamed, ripping off the shower curtain and covering himself. "Amy, get the hell outta my bathroom!" Amy hopped out of the toilet and jumped in the shower with her blue dreamboat. "Sonikku, please have my babies!" The blue hedgehog struggled to hold back the vomit. "No way! What did society ever do to me?" Sonic was about to jettison the pink mental patient out of his bathroom, but he had a better idea. "Amy, look! Sonic's getting away!" Sonic yelled, pointing behind Amy and towards his bathroom door. "What!? I'm coming, Sonic!!" Amy screamed psychotically as she leaped out of the shower and burst through the bathroom door, leaving a "Crazy hole" as Sonic called it, in his bathroom door.

"Man that girl is nothing short of DUH-HAH!" The blue blur laughed, banging the side of his hand across his chest and crossing his eyes, obviously insulting the girl's intelligence.


++++At Tails' workshop++++

Tails was working on a new invention and Sonic was assisting the young fox, that is, until the pink nightmare herself came barging into the shop and got nose to nose with Tails. "Alright, you furball! Just WHAT do you think you're doing with MY Sonic!?" Tails started giggling slightly as he quickly realized what the pink-quilled nutcase was implying. "Oh, please Amy! Sonic is just helping me with my new invention! And besides. Even if we were...that way, could you blame him for choosing me? Look at me! I'm adorable!" That comment finally made the last shred of Amy's sanity say "Alright, screw this. I'm outta here."

Amy grabbed the device that the fox had been working on, which was shaped like some sort of laser-gun looking thing and held it to her head. "Alright, Sonic! This is your last chance! Date me or I'm blowing my brains out!" Sonic just looked at her and said "Amy.. that's not a gun. It's a stupidity ray." Amy cocked her head to one side. "A what?" But she accidentally pulled the trigger, reducing her to a drooling pink idiot. "Duh...pretty toy! I'm gonna call you Billy!" The pink hedgie said as she walked out of the lab, petting the gun and laughing stupidly. Tails looked at Sonic and said "I'm surprised there was any difference at all.", causing both boys to burst into laughter.


****End Flashback****


Once Tails was finished cleaning up, he turned off the water and made his way into his bedroom and removed his gloves. He then kicked off his shoes, followed by his socks and laid down in his bed, pulling the covers over the top of himself and shutting off the light. "(yawn) I wonder what Amy will score on the Stupid meter tomorrow." Just as Tails was about to drift off to sleep, he had the strange feeling that he was being watched.

The kitsune's suspicions were confirmed when he heard maniacal giggling coming from behind him. Tails slowly reached over and turned on his light, and jumped when he saw none other than Amy standing beside his bed, holding a bunch of leather straps and grinning like a madman. "Amy!? What are you doing here!?" Without warning, the pink intruder lunged at Tails screaming "SONIC IS MY PRECIOUS!!!" The only response Tails could react with in time was....

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"
